“I will not fail!” Sounds good right? However, it is a very dangerous statement because your brain only heard fail! When you are intently focused on an outcome your brain will only receive the main focus of the message, which in this case is fail. A more empowering way of stating this would be “I can only succeed!” Though this may seem like a small word play however it is a huge belief shift because it is formulated in the positive! Your brain is now focused on the outcome you want instead of what you don’t want to happen. Your subconscious is now determined to achieve the success you just commanded it, and because it does not want you to be a liar it will focus every fiber of your existence to make this happen!
